Roles determine what someone can access.

Core Roles (overview)

• Owner: Full access
• Manager: Salon operations, staff, services
• Employee: Calendar and assigned services

Grant the lowest access needed. Review access quarterly.

IMPORTANT: During beta, only Owners can create employees, and these employees have Employee roles. Managers and Employees will be supported post beta release.
