Step-by-step guide to registering as a partner on Kalism

Creating Your Account

Welcome to Kalism! Let's get you set up with a partner account so you can start managing your salon and accepting bookings.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • ✅ A valid email address
  • ✅ Your salon's basic information (name, address)
  • ✅ 3-5 minutes to complete the registration

Step 1: Navigate to Registration

  1. Go to kalism.com
  2. Click "Login" in the top right corner
  3. Select "Register as Hairdresser/Partner"

Step 2: Enter Your Information

Fill in the registration form with:

Personal Information

  • Email: Your business email (you'll use this to log in)

Create Password

  • Password: Choose a strong password (min. 8 characters)
  • Confirm Password: Re-enter your password

Password Tips:

  • Use a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols
  • Avoid common words or personal information
  • Consider using a password manager

Step 3: Agree to Terms

Step 4: Submit Registration

  1. Click "Sign Up"
  2. You'll see a confirmation message
  3. Check your email inbox

Step 5: Verify Your Email

  1. Open the email from Kalism (check spam folder if not in inbox)
  2. Click the "Verify eMail" button
  3. You'll be redirected to the login page

Didn't receive the email?

  • Wait 5-10 minutes (emails can be delayed)
  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Request a new verification email from the login page

Step 6: Log In

  1. Enter your email and password
  2. Click "Log In"
  3. You'll be automatically redirected to the onboarding wizard

Common Issues

"Email already exists"

Problem: An account with this email already exists.
Solution: Try logging in, or use "Forgot Password" if you don't remember your password.

"Verification email not received"

Problem: Email hasn't arrived after 10 minutes.
Solution:

  1. Check spam/junk folder
  2. Add support@kalism.com to your contacts
  3. Request new verification email

"Invalid email format"

Problem: Email address format is incorrect.
Solution: Ensure your email follows the format: name@domain.com
