Learn how to update your personal information and account settings after onboarding

Edit Your Profile

After completing the onboarding wizard, you can update your personal information and account settings from your partner dashboard.

Accessing Your Profile

  1. Log in to your partner dashboard
  2. Click your profile icon or name in the top right corner
  3. Select "Profile"
  4. You'll see your personal information

What You Can Update

Personal Information

First Name & Last Name

  • Update your personal name
  • Used in email signatures and notifications
  • Visible to your team members

Email Address

  • ⚠️ Cannot be changed - Your email is the unique identifier for your account
  • If you need to change your email, you'll need to contact support to discuss account migration options

Company Information

Company Name

  • ⚠️ Cannot be changed directly - Your company name affects legal and billing records
  • Contact support if you need to update your company name

Company Owner/Admin

  • Contact support to change company ownership

What You Cannot Change

The following information cannot be edited after onboarding:

  • Email Address - This is your unique account identifier
  • Company Name - Affects legal and billing records
  • Company Owner - Requires administrative approval

If you need to change any of these, contact support for assistance.

Account Security

Changing Your Password

  1. Log in to your partner dashboard
  2. Click your profile icon or name in the top right corner
  3. Select "Profile"
  4. Go to Change password section
  5. Enter your current password
  6. Enter your new password (twice)
  7. Click "Change Password"

Password Requirements:

  • At least 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one lowercase letter
  • At least one special character (!@#$%^&*...)

Two-Factor Authentication (If Available)

Check your account settings to see if two-factor authentication (2FA) is available. This adds extra security to your account.

Updating Your Profile Picture

Your profile picture (avatar) is displayed in your account settings and may be visible to your team members.

  1. Go to your partner dashboard account settings
  2. Look for your current profile picture or avatar
  3. Click on the profile picture to upload or change it
  4. Select an image from your device (JPG, PNG, or WebP)
  5. Crop and adjust the image if needed
  6. Save your changes

Profile Picture Tips:

  • Use a professional, clear photo
  • Square images work best (e.g., 400x400px or larger)
  • Avoid blurry or low-resolution images
  • Make sure your face is clearly visible
  • Keep it work-appropriate

Note: During beta, profile picture features may be limited. We're continuously improving this functionality, so check back for updates.
