4. Intellectual Property

Kalism owns all intellectual property in the platform, software, and content. You retain ownership of your salon data and content. You grant Kalism a license to use your data to provide and improve our services.

5. Limitation of Liability

Kalism is provided 'as is' without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kalism is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
